At the end of the day, we’re just a company located in the middle of the woods in Mohnton, PA – who also happens to be killing it with direct mail. Simply put, our primary focus is our clients and customers, not a balance sheet.

We are family here at Mail Shark, and we certainly don’t give up when the times get tough for our staff or our clients. As a business owner, it’s essential to care about your employees and team members. When you value your staff, it’s easier for them to put in extra effort, but it also makes handling client challenges more worthwhile to push through.

If you talk down to your staff or micromanage them, they’ll not only be miserable at work but when they’re servicing your customers. We know things won’t go smoothly every day, that’s to be expected. What we do know is that your problems with Mail Shark will only ever be our problems, and never vice versa. Our staff members will preserve through any obstacle because they know they’ll always have the support from the backend.
