We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role will support our marketing efforts by coordinating trade shows, ensuring deadlines are met, and assisting with various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all facets of marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Trade Show Coordination: Plan and execute logistics for trade shows, including booth and materials preparation and coordination and communication with show attendees. Take ownership of organization, inventory, and storage of materials when returned from shows. Communicate with Marketing leadership on materials and samples that need replenishment.
- Deadline & Project Management: Track project timelines, communicate with project stakeholders, monitor and distribute deliverables, and launch new project cards in Slack Lists.
- Marketing Support: Assist in marketing operations such as campaign monitoring, sending deliverables, and data analysis and reporting. The marketing assistant will also assist with management of the CRM, ensuring information is added correctly and complete for accurate KPI reporting.
- General Assistance: Support Marketing leadership with campaign execution, basic copywriting, proofreading, and other marketing initiatives as assigned.

- Basic understanding of project coordinating
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
- Experience with tools such as Teams, Slack, Salesforce, etc. a plus
- Develop strong verbal and written communication skills
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external stakeholders
Language Ability
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability
Basic mathematical skills required.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Microsoft 365 and its apps, Google Sheets, and miscellaneous programs as needed.
